An innovative, simple and transparent process
1. HR interview: conducted by one of our partner HR firms.
Objective: to get to know the candidate, to check the skills and references listed in the CV, to understand the candidate's background and past professional experience and finally to test the candidate's motivation.
Duration of the interview: 1 hour
2. Business Case interview: facilitated by a consultant, an employee representative and a manager.
Objective: To test the candidate's methodological and synthesis skills and his/her ability to solve a problem. Psycho-technical tests, personality tests, written tests, case studies or simulations are possible.
Duration of the interview: 1h30 - 2h00.
3. Director Interview: Conducted by a Department Head and/or a representative of the Management.
Objective: to validate the candidate's technical and functional knowledge as well as his/her ability to integrate within the department and the company.
Duration of the interview: 1 hour.
